Spring Term FITNESS age 8 - 18

Age 8 to 18

Tuesday and Wednesday 5:30 - 6:15 (45 mins sessions)

These are new sessions designed for every standard. Students will learn specific movement for tennis which will incorporate: coordination, agility, speed, stamina and strenght.

Players are split into different ages.

  • Parking not possible at the club
  • Parents and carers are asked to drop off and pick up 
  • Fitness material used (medicine balls, skipping rope, hurdles etc..)


TERM DATES:   8th Jan - 29th March

                             Half Term 12th -15th February 

                            11 sessions (friday 10 sessions due to March 30th Bank Holiday)
